sunday hill run at bluffs

i will being running the bluffs this sunday in the evening or afternoon. contact me for details: we measured the course and it is 3.9 miles. andrew and david had the course record at 3323.

kill hill is 3.9 miles. the top of log hill is a mile, after you do the small loop at the top of the last hill is the 2 mile mark and the three mile is at the bike path after you go down log hill.

i ran it sunday evening in the rain.
